2006-07: Competed in eight indoor and seven outdoor meets ... during the indoor season, set indoor season bests in the 200 (22.63) and 400 (49.86) at the GLVC Championships ... finished second in the 200 (22.86) and 400 (50.75) at the Chicagoland Indoor Championships ... took third in the 400 at the Dick Pond Invitational (51.54) ... was fourth in the 400 at the Redbird Open (50.67) ... was fourth in the 200 at the Dick Pond Open (23.31) ... during the outdoor season, set a season best and finished fourth in the 200 (22.08) and was sixth in the 100 (10.98) at the GLVC Outdoor Championships ... won the 100 at North Central (11.03) ... finished second in 100 (10.99) and fifth, setting a season best, in the 400 (48.82) at Dr. Keeler ... was second in the 400 at Truman State (50.17) ... was third in the 400 (51.70) and fifth in the 200 (23.22) at the Austin Peay Invitational ... was third in the 200 (22.40) and seventh in the 400 (51.72) at Western Illinois.

High School/Other: Earned four varsity letters ... as a senior, was a state qualifier in the 200 meters and 400 meters, 200 meters sectional champion, conference honorable mention in the 200 meters and 400 meters, indoor 200 meters conference champion, city champion, Most Valuable at the city meet and Times Athlete of the Week ... ran a school-record :21.8 in the 200 meters that year ... as a junior, was a state qualifier in the 200 meters and 400 meters, sectional 400 meters champion, first-team all-conference in the 200 meters and 400 meters, and a regional qualifier in the 200 meters, 400 meters, high jump and 4x400-meter relay ... clocked a school-record :49.2 in the 400 meters that season ... regional qualifier in the 400 meters and 4x400-meter relay his sophomore year ... regional qualifier in the 200 meters and 4x400-meter relay as a freshman ... missed qualifying for the Junior Olympics in the 400 meters by just .14 second as a member of the Hammond AAU Track Club ... also lettered one year in cross country and participated in basketball ... four years on the honor roll.
