This weekend was a very exciting weekend for us! We had a match on Friday against St. Joseph's College, which we won in three. That game was a lot of fun because a lot of the girls got to show their impressive skills! Rachel got to set in the match and did an amazing job. All the players that stepped out onto the court did a great job and no matter who was playing we still executed. Our team is lucky enough to have such a talented bench and everyone on the team is extremely skilled.

Before we headed to our next match we stopped at Lauren Hatter's house for some delicious food. Hanging out with the girls is always a blast; we get along so well and have such a great time together. After we filled up, we headed to our next match at University of Indianapolis.

This was a big match because previously in the season they had beaten us in our home gym. This was a chance for us to go to their school and beat them in theirs! All the girls were looking forward to the game and couldn't wait to show them how much we've improved. We knew it would be a hard match because they had an impressive 25 match-winning streak and were ranked No. 17 in the nation.

We came out and just did our thing. I've never been on such a team that just has so much fun playing and cheering! I love how we play with so much fire and attitude. Anyone who is on the bench cheers so loud and brings so much to the game. Everyone supports the team in any way they can. Our energy filled the gym and we swept them in three games! Our team has something special, and I know we can do great things, as long as we keep playing with heart and having fun. We can be unstoppable and do anything. The Indy game just proves this.

It's so sad to think that our season is winding down. Every match to come is really important because a loss can affect our ranking, and then may consequently hurt our chances of going to the National Tournament. The Conference Tournament is creeping up really soon and it's going to be so much fun fighting to be Conference Champions again this year. I can't believe how fast this season has flown by and I am so proud of how successful our team has been! This has been the most amazing experience and a lot of fun along the way. It's so sad to think that our last home games are this weekend! Saturday is Senior Night, and I can't imagine the team without these three amazing girls, Jackie, Andrea, and Sylvia. They have been such a big part of the team and I know everyone is going to miss all of them so much! I can't wait to honor them this Friday.
